REFUND POLICY

Practitioner Cancellations

The Practitioner is fully insured and professionally qualified, holding a BSc in Sports Therapy, a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage, PHCIS Level 2, and membership with The Society of Sports Therapists.

In the event the Practitioner cancels an appointment and no suitable reschedule can be arranged, the deposit or any prepayment will be refunded in full.

Client Cancellations

See “Cancellations & No-Shows” above.

No refunds will be provided if a client ends a session early of their own accord.

At the Practitioner’s discretion, deposits may be applied to a rescheduled session.
